I enjoy sweet treats just like everybody else, especially a good ole' gooey chocolatey brownie. I wanted to create a recipe that is both satisfying, and won't break a healthy lifestyle. I must say, these bad boys took a few attempts to get the consistency and texture just right but THIS IS IT.

INGREDIENTS: 1 Can black beans (organic, low sodium) 1 Whole avocado

2 Large eggs

1/2 C plain greek yogurt

2 T natural peanut butter 1/2 Cup oat flour 1 1/2 Scoops protein powder 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 C stevia or sweetener of choice

+ ground cinnamon for taste + chia seed for crunch and an extra fiber & protein kick

DIRECTIONS: Blend the black beans until creamy, combine with avocado and mash well. Add in eggs, greek yogurt, and peanut butter and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine oat flour, protein powder, cocoa, and sugar. Slowly add your dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 14-16 min. Let the brownies cool and ENJOY.
